WHERE YOUR FAMILY HOLIDAY STARTS
Villa Tropézienne exudes that southern atmosphere of a relaxing stay at the French Riviera. The villa is situated in a beautiful spot just outside the village of Le Plan-de-la-Tour with a view of green hills, the valley and the Mediterranean Sea. The garden surrounding the villa is completely fenced and the villa is perfect for a multi-family holiday.
In total there are 3 kitchens, 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and there is a beautifully tiled private swimming pool based on electrolysis (no chlorine!) for the necessary cooling and water fun.
The beaches and harbors are only a 5 to 10 minute drive away. The villa is also a wonderful base for visits to picturesque coastal towns and villages in the area, such as historic Grimaud and fashionable St. Tropez.
VILLA TROPÉZIENNE
The villa has several beautiful and large (covered) terraces, where you can relax during the day and in the evening. The whole family can enjoy a meal at the large tables. There is a Weber gas BBQ available for the 'grill chef' in the party.
Enjoy a relaxing moment on the sun beds around the private swimming pool (10x5), with sun terrace and lawn. The two large tiki umbrellas offer the beach feeling on site. The swimming pool can be closed separately for the safety of children. There is a playground for the little ones in the group and the older ones can compete at the table tennis table.
The villa is only rented to a travel party in its entirety. The price is based on stays of up to 10 people (from 3 years and older) and a maximum of 2 babies.
FAMILY HOUSE
The villa consists of 3 parts which makes the house very suitable to rent with several families or a group of friends.
On the second floor there is a large country kitchen that opens onto the terrace with the inviting garden set on the terrace under the shade cloth; the perfect place to dine together. The views from the terrace on this level are breathtaking. The large living room with 2 sofas and a separate lounge area has a smart TV. The 2 bedrooms with luxurious Zerta box-spring beds each have a private bathroom with toilet and shower. 4 people can stay on this floor and, of course, a baby in the cot. A total of 2 baby beds and high chairs are available.
Via the stairs inside you enter the 1st floor with an open kitchen and cosy living room with smart TV. From this room you access the shaded covered terrace, where there is a lounge set and garden furniture, as well as the BBQ. With 2 bedrooms, with comfortable Zerta box-spring beds, each with its own bathroom and toilet, it is a nice place where 4 people can sleep as well.
There is also a separate studio on the ground floor. Like the other two area's, it has its own entrance and terrace. With a small but functional open-plan kitchen and living room with TV, a separate bedroom with Zerta box-spring bed and a bathroom, this stuido also offers everything for a relaxing stay.
Of course, the villa has WiFi, all kitchens are equipped with a Nespresso machine and there is a washing machine on both floors.
SURROUNDINGS
In addition to the resorts and beaches, this area offers 19 golf courses within a radius of 90 km, beautiful old towns such as Grimaud and Gassin, numerous bike and walking trails, several riding schools, the opportunity to taste and buy wine in the Chateaux and Domaines and the weekly markets in the villages in the area. Nice, which is after Paris the city with the most museums in France, is just an hour away. From Villa Tropèzienne it's also an easy drive to Monaco, Frejus, Cannes and Marseille via the A8.
