Villa Tropézienne

Villa Tropézienne is ideal for a holiday with family or a group of friends. Indeed, the house offers the possibility of spending the day together, but also plenty of opportunity for retreat. The villa has two floors. 

The upper floor has an area of 100 m2 and has its own entrance, which can be reached by car. The entrance offers access to a hall with toilet. From there you enter a spacious stylish country kitchen with dining area, which gives access to the master bedroom and the spacious living room with comfortable sofas and separate lounge area. There is a smart TV and wireless WiFi everywhere. From the kitchen and the living room you can access the terrace with its breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains and Mediterranean Sea, as well as the beautiful Mediterranean garden surrounding the villa. The second bedroom is also accessible from the living room. Both bedrooms have luxurious 2p. Zerta box-spring beds (180 x 200), a private bathroom en suite with shower and/or bathtub and toilet. The kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven and induction hob. There is also a washing machine, hoover, iron and ironing board.

Stairs from the kitchen take you to the ground floor which is about 60 m2. Here there are also 2 bedrooms, equipped with 2 p. Zerta box spring beds (160 x 200), each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. A nice kitchen with dining room and the open living room give access to the covered terrace. It is an ideal place to lounge or dine sheltered from the sun. A cosy seating area and a ping-pong table offer everything you need to enjoy the holiday feeling. 

This part of the house also has a smart TV and wireless wifi and is equipped with cleaning items such as a hoover, washing machine, iron and board.

Also located on the ground floor is a separate intimate flat called Cocon. This flat offers a separate bedroom with another very comfortable Zerta boxpring bed (180 x 200). The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a small kitchen with dining area.
